Planning Flowers for a Funeral or Memorial
The family's instructions determine whether the order should be a formal tribute or a personal condolence bouquet.
When the flowers are for the family rather than the service, follow their chosen personal address. Formal arrangements with a fixed start require earlier planning.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about delivery days, hours, coverage areas, and our policies to help you send flowers with confidence.
When sending flowers to Tenri, can individual flowers vary from the product image?
Seasonal availability may affect individual flowers or presentation. The confirmed product policy should guide any suitable alternative.
Should Hyogocho stay in the delivery address?
Yes, when that is the place name used by the recipient. Record it with the street, property number and postcode.
Can fresh flowers go to every hospital ward in Tenri?
Not necessarily. Check with the relevant person about the patient's current ward what it accepts before selecting the flowers or gift.
For deliveries in Tenri, may I add chocolates or cake to a care delivery?
Keep with the family or facility first confirmed before ordering. Dietary needs, storage and facility rules can differ from the rules for flowers.
What if the guest checks out on the delivery day?
Wait for confirmation of the checkout time with the guest or hotel. If the guest may have left, send the flowers to their home or next confirmed address instead.
Will a university reception hold flowers?
That depends on the building. Keep a note of the relevant faculty or office and provide the recipient's full name and department with the order.
