Provide the seven-digit postcode, prefecture, city or ward, district, chome, block and building or apartment. Japanese-script details are strongly preferred.

Demand rises around important gifting periods. Give the florist more time when the date is fixed or the recipient lives outside a major metropolitan area.

Matching the handover to reception hours

Hotels need the booking name and arrival date; offices need the company, department and receiving desk. Confirm hospital flower rules before ordering.

What days of the week do you deliver flowers?

We deliver from Monday to Sunday.

What are your normal delivery hours?

Our local florists usually deliver between 09:00 and 21:00 in the recipient's time zone.

What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 04:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

You can request a preferred delivery time, but exact times cannot be guaranteed, as deliveries depend on florist routes and workload.
