Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about delivery days, hours, coverage areas, and our policies to help you send flowers with confidence.
How should I plan flowers for a fixed event time?
Order early and ask the venue when it can receive the flowers. Enter the name and number of the person handling deliveries, and do not treat the event start as an exact delivery appointment with the delivery details.
For flower delivery to Hioki, is the university's main address enough?
Not when the recipient is based elsewhere. Include the actual faculty, building, department or office and confirm where the flowers should go.
Can flowers arrive before hotel check-in?
Wait until the hotel agrees before addressing flowers there. Put the booking name, arrival date and full property address, then follow reception's instructions on the order.
Which patient name should I use for hospital flowers?
Use the patient's registered name, followed by the latest hospital, ward, unit or room when known.
For a Hioki delivery, will reception hold flowers for a resident?
Add with the individual facility once it is confirmed. Provide the resident's full name and room or unit, and follow its receiving instructions.
Can fresh flowers go to every hospital ward in Hioki?
Not necessarily. Check with the relevant person about the patient's current ward what it accepts before selecting the flowers or gift.
